Welcome to Emerald-Trac, a new feature offered by GEMGroup. We
are pleased to provide members and sponsors the ability to access real
time information online. Prior to logging into the system, you must download and install Oracle Jinitiator version 1.3.1.9 or higher. If this is the first time you are accessing Emerald-Trac from this computer, the system will prompt you to install the software. Click on the OK button to allow the installation to proceed. Follow the installation instructions and accept all default settings during the installation process. Once you have installed the Oracle Jinitiator, the login screen will be loaded to allow you to access the system. Windows Vista/7 users please be aware! Oracle Jinitiator 1.3.1.9 currently is not compatible with Windows Vista/7, or Internet Explorer 8 on all windows. Please download new version of jvm.dll from Oracle JInitiator Download Page. Follow the instruction on the download page and copy the jvm.dll file to the apropriate folder (C:\Program Files\Oracle\JInitiator 1.3.1.9\bin\hotspot\). Restart your browser and you should be able to use Emerald-Trac now. Depending on your connection speed to the internet, the download and installation process will take 30 minutes to one hour. It is important to allow this process to complete in order to use Emerald-Trac. Thank you for your patience. You will be able to print and/or save user documentation on how to use the Emerald-Trac from the Document option on the menu once you have connected to the system and successfully logged in. |
